We are growers, first and foremost.​ It's in our DNA. It's our passion. The scientific breeding process to obtain the perfect seed. The delicate planting process to grow the perfect flower. The manual harvest process to provide you with the perfect bloom. Growing is the foundation of our whole operation. Our farms are located in Bogota and Medellin, Colombia, and in Cayambe and Otavalo, Ecuador.

If our flowers could talk, they will tell you that the caring hands that nurtured them are from one of the 15,000 loyal employees that enjoy an exceptional work environment at each of our 37 farms. From literacy programs and on-site daycare facilities, to fully funded adult education and recreational activities, Social Responsibility is a core value at our organization.

We are fully committed to long-term environmental sustainability, which is why all our farms comply with the most rigorous industry standards and are certified by both Rainforest Alliance and Florverde Sustainable Flowers. By preserving water, recycling materials, and utilizing energy-efficient machinery, among others, we contribute to preserve our precious environment and minimize the impact on Mother Nature.
