Human Resources Assistant
Maintain accurate and up to date human resources files, records, and documentation. Answer questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc. Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately. Provide support to Senior Management. Act as a liaison between employees and external benefits providers and vendors, which may include health, disability, and retirement plan providers. Conducts and assists with new hire orientation. Acts as a liaison between the organization and temp agencies during peak holiday seasons. Assist with the planning and execution of special events such as benefits enrollment, company-wide meetings, holiday party, etc. Creates procedures and practices for hiring new employees. Viable Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or its equiv. Full-Time position.

Supply Chain Engineer
Develops and coordinates reporting of global deployment process for inbound transportation, demand planning, inventory management function and outbound transportation. Creates and supports optimization models and base lines for manufacturing capacity, inventory and inbound/outbound transportation. Spearheads the design and implementation of inbound carrier and plant inventory dashboards and scorecards. Utilizes mathematical, statistical and financial methods to develop end to end supply chain solutions to improve service and decrease cost. Serve as a liaison with sales department to keep them updated as to any changes in delivery, as well as partnering in the roll out of new products. Plan shipment dates, contact clients to ensure delivery in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain and update weekly work plan for drivers. Make sure all shipping documents are completed by drivers. Track returns and rejected products. Monitor trucks coming from Miami to Boston. Coordinate air transportation for products when necessary. Plan and execute daily maintenance checks. Draft and deliver monthly finished product inventory reports for MA locations. Occasional travel is necessary to customer locations and other business locations. Viable Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or its equiv. Full-Time position.
