Plan, develop and implement procedures to optimize and improve supply chain operations, including implementing cost reduction methods, greater visibility, increased buying leverage and control, leaner and fresher inventory, improved quality, and quantity control.

 

Assists in the creation of optimization models and baselines for baselines manufacturing capacity, inventory, and inbound/outbound transportation. Develop and manage comprehensive plans with Coop students. Track project performance, to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals. Measure, monitor and report project metrics. Plan and define scope of all projects. Involvement in the hiring process of Coop students along with upper management.

 

Occasional travel is necessary to customer locations and other business locations in Miami and West Coast. Viable Candidate must possess a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or its equivalent.
