How can I order flowers from Designers Choice?

If you are a Florist or Event Planner, you can order our Benchmark Growers® fresh cut flowers from your local wholesaler. You can also contact us at sales@designerschoiceinc.com and we will provide you with a list of wholesalers that carry our products in your area. If you are a licensed and operational Wholesaler, you can download a credit application from our site and send the completed application to sales@designerschoiceinc.com or fax it to 617-884-1059. Please tell us what products you are interested in and include your contact information so that one of our account managers can contact you. You can also call us at 617-889-3810 where you may speak directly to the manager in charge.

Does Designers Choice have a Credit Department?

Yes, Designers Choice has a department designated just for the purpose of obtaining credit and opening an account. Our account representatives can help you obtaining all the information needed to open an account, such as credit application and bank references. You may also find this form at the top of this page where you can download it, fill it out and fax it back to us so that the process can get under way prior to your first order.

What are the requirements for opening an account with Designers Choice?

First and foremost, you need to be a licensed and operational Wholesaler. Then, you will need to fill out our credit application which can be obtained from an account representative or at the top of this page. There are different criteria for the amount of credit that can be given. Our Credit Manager will review your credit application and set your credit limits, based on information obtained from a variety of sources.

How soon can an account be opened?

As long as the information on your credit application is complete and gives our Credit Department enough criteria from which to ascertain your credit worthiness, it should take no more than three working days.

Where is Designers Choice product from?

We import our product from Colombia and Ecuador. Our farms are located in Bogota and Medellin, Colombia, and in Cayambe and Otavalo, Ecuador.

Can you do special packs to suit our orders?

As soon as you give us your specifications we can take advantage of our established infrastructure in both the U.S. and Colombia, so that we can start to process your customized order as quickly as you may need in the pack that can best suit your needs.

With the commitment from our suppliers, we are able to react to special orders and pre-bookings with a minimum four-day advance notice.
